The hotel was located short walk to markets and restaurant & pub streets, most activities in Siem Reap and restaurants and night life. The location was fantastic to Angkor Wat temple. Also, Pub Street was 2 km away. No complains at all, this was a memorable stay of or visit.
Though everything was excellent, some of the staff were unhappy.

The hotel was clean and the room was a nice size and brand-new. My room included a seating area, iron and ironing board, and a work desk. The staff were well-trained at all times. The location was comfy, opposite lucky mall, the view was wonderful, too. Besides, it was right by old market and pub street and the famous Pub Street of Siem Reap.

Very nice hotel in colonial style. The staff is very friendly, equipment is very good, location also very good. We felt comfortable. The breakfast was quite ok. It was not full, which was probably due to the low season. But the hotel can't help it, it's like this almost everywhere, we had the impression. We enjoyed the pool at the end of exhausting days.
Everything is okay

The hotel was in an excellent location...close to the city center, but just far enough away to keep sheltered from the noise.

Wonderful atmosphere and gracious staff.
Mosquitos in general were a problem during our stay in Cambodia.

This hotel is in a great location, close to the famous Angkor Wat temple and the lively Pub Street. It is situated in a quiet area with beautiful views of the nearby Kulean mountain. The rooms are comfortable, with a huge bed and a lovely shower. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The buffet breakfast offers a variety of options and the swimming pool is a great spot to relax.
The hotel could benefit from some updates to modernize its facilities.

Three nights in that hotel and everything was just right. Good breakfast, great pool, clean room and even the shuttle service which was included in the price worked perfectly
The only thing I can complain about is the price of cleaning (was extremely expensive)
